OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Controls and Their Functions
LIGHT SWITCH
Flip the Light Switch to the ON position to energize the LED dome sign and LED lighting
on each shelf.
CIRCUIT BREAKER
The Circuit Breaker protects the lighting circuit.
FANS/HEAT
Flip the Fans/Heat Switch to the ON position to energize the foil elements under the
bottom shelf, and to energize the popcorn conditioning system.
Operating Instructions
1.
Flip the Light Switch to the ON position.
2.
Flip the Fans/Heat Switch to the ON position when staging popcorn.
3.
Allow the unit to run for at least 30 minutes before adding food products to allow the
popcorn crisping system to fully heat up.
The shelf areas are designed for staging popcorn in containers and extending the
freshness of the popcorn over a period of time.
