Operating the Topping Dispenser 

1.

 

To Pump and Heat Topping - 

Turn the Heat Switch (located on control box) to the 

PUMP & HEAT position to activate the display light, the heater/blower (to maintain 
cabinet temperature), the foil heater in the pedestal, and provide power to the 
pump(s). 

2.

 

To dispense topping -

 Press and hold either of the “Red” PB Pump Switches located 

on the pedestal (or remote, if equipped).  If this is the first time the unit has been used, 
it may take a few seconds to completely fill the tube and dispense topping. 

3.

 

To use Heat Only -

Turn the Heat Switch (located on control box) to the HEAT ONLY 

position to activate the display light, the heater/blower (to maintain cabinet 
temperature), and the foil heater in the pedestal.  

On the HEAT ONLY setting the pump is de-activated.
