Workout
The Sports page contains multiple activities, such as walk, run, bike and
climb. Wear your tracker to start your workout.
To track your exercise. On the tracker:
1. Tap the MODE button repeatedly to find the Sports page.
2. Tap and hold the MODE button to enter an exercise mode.
3. Tap the MODE button to select an exercise type.
4. Tap and hold the MODE button to start track.
5. Tap and hold the MODE button to stop. Then tap again the MODE
button to save the activities until the message ‘Awesome you are
the best’ is shown.
6. Tap again the MODE button to go back to the Sports page.
