Band Tricep Push Down

Upper Door Anchor Position
, through hinge side of door.
Connect band to anchor with slip knot.

STEP ONE
- Face door with end of band
in both hands with elbow locked in close
to sides.
STEP TWO
- Keep back straight with
arms at a 90 degree angle and elbows
locked to your side. Slowly push
downward until arms are extended and
elbows are locked.
