8 The Menu Operation
The BlueBox T4 has a colour display.
The BlueBox T4 Basic has a colour display in the newer versions, versions with a monochrome display are no
longer available.
The operation on the monochrome display is almost identical to the operation on the colour display and dif-
fers most in the measurement value display (see
8.1 Parameter Display
and following).
8.1 Parameter Display
The following can be displayed:

the
internal sensors and actuators

virtual (calculated) sensors
•
the connected external
CAN-bus sensors
•
the connected external
CAN-bus actuators

Selection of the displayed sensors/actuators:
•
Only selected sensors and actuators are displayed.

The selection of the displayed sensors/actuators is made via

When there is no user activity in all other menus (except input menus) for 2 minutes, the software
switches back to the parameter display.
At current user-defined error messages, this button appears.
This button opens the menu of the current user-defined error messages.
The definition of the user-defined errors is done with the program AMS

Switches to the next current error message or back to the parameter display.
Resets the error and switches back to the parameter display.
