MAINTENANCE
4. Inspect the electrode and replace it if the electrode and nonoconductor is burnt in a improper way .
5.A new one should be installed if the spark plug apparently burnt or the nonconductor is broken .
6.Inspect the distance between the electrode ,you must make it to the right place carefully if the
distance is not proper .
7.Please drive the screw by hand if installing spark plug avoid sliding –filament .
8.After the above mentioned step ,you can drive fasten it 1/2 circle (for new spark plug) or 1/4 or 1/8
circle (for used spark plug ) by the spcial wrench for sparking plug .
c.Air cleaner
Rountine cleaning is necessary because dust will be left in air cleaner during the use .
Frequent
cleaning should be conducted if driving in the dusty area.
1.Take off the cover of the air cleaner .
2.Take the filter out of the air cleaner .
3. You can clean the cleaner in the dissolvent inflammable and flash point .Then soak the filter in the
clean engine oil for 5 minutes .and squeeze out the rest engine oil .
d.Tire check .
The over-high or over low air pressure benefits nothing to the proper performance .The measure of
air pressure should be conducted under the cool state .
Depth of the tire check .
Please check the surface and side and make sure that there is no crank on it , no foreign substances in
it and no leakage of air ,You should replace the tire if the depth of the tire checker is less than 2 mm.
e. battery
You must connect the red wire to “+” pole and the black wire to “-“ to when installing the battery .You
should replace the battery if it cannot electricity .Generally speaking ,battery should be replaced every
2-3years .
Safety wire
Safety fuse must be installed in the safety wire box .If safety wire is frequently damaged There is no
possibly a short circuit or over loading .
The change of safety wire .
1 .Open safety wire box and take out the safety wire plate .
2. Insert the new safety wire plate into safety wire box
3. Resume the cover of the safety wire box .
