The equipment has 5 modes and 5 functions options according to the table below.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION
M1: NORMAL
Micromotor mode.
By pressing the pedal the micromotor will
be activated spinning clockwise.
When the torque reaches a certain value
the micromotor automatically retrogresses.
Activating the REVERSE mode, 2 beeps will
sound alerting the change in the direction of
the spinning, now counterclockwise. When the
pedal is deactivated the direction of spinning
goes back to the initial clockwise direction
(NORMAL).
M2: APEX
Apex locator Mode.
To use the apex locator use the labial clip
on the patient lip and fasten the file to the file
support, reminding that in this mode there’s no
use of the pedal or micromotor (APEX).
WHEN IN MODE M1 IT’S NECESSARY THE USE OF THE PEDAL AND THE
CONNECTION OF THEELECTRIC MICROMOTOR.
