Check ALL wires and connectors. Make sure the charger connector
is
ti ghtly plugged into the charging port, and the charger is plugged
into the wall
Make sure the power point is turned on
Tyres are not properly
in
fl ated
In fl ate the tyres re required PSI on sidewall of tyre as they may
lose air through the shipping process.
Ba tt ery is old and will not except
full charge
Even with proper care, a rechargable ba tt ery does not last forever.
Average ba tt ery life is 1-2 years depending on product use and
condi ti ons. Replace only with GMX aproved replacements
Brakes are not adjusted properly Follow brake adjustment instruc ti ons within this manual
Motor bike runs sluggishly Riding condi ti ons are too stressful Use only on solid, fl at, clean and dry surfaces such as pavement or
level ground.

Motor bike is overloaded Make sure you do not overload the motor bike by allowing more
than one rider at a
ti me, exceeding the maximum weight limit,

Loose wires or connectors Check all wires around the motors and all connectors to make sure
they are ti ght.
Motor or electrical switch damage Contact GMX service centre for diagnosis and repair
Charger gets warm during
use
Normal response to charger use No ac ti on required. This is normal for some chargers and is no
casue for concern. If it does not get warm it doesnot mean that its
not working properly.
Motor bike does not stop
when applying the brake Brales are not adjusted properly Follow brake adjustment instruc ti ons within this manual
Motor bike makes loud
noises or grinding sounds Chain is too dry Apply chain lubricant to the chain
