9.3.1. Protective conductor resistance

9.3.3. Cable test

This test provides an additional function that is not part of the DIN
VDE 0701-0702 standard.
This test checks a connection cable or extension cable for open-
circuits in the live (L) and neutral (N) conductors and for short-
circuits between L and N.
