INSTALLATION
The DW42 is intended for indoor use. Mount the amplifier on a flat surface with the screws provided. An Earth Point has
also been included if required.
Cable connections
The input/output cable connectors are ‘F’ Type.
Powering options
Local powering:
The supply voltage (12-18V DC) for the DW42 is supplied by the separately purchased PSK18S or
PSK12S for powering.
Line powering:
Achieved via the coaxial cable RF output socket. The PSK18M requires a PIK2400 accessory to adapt the
power to an ‘F’ connection (Fig. 2).
Adjustments
Remove lid to set the output level and select input options.
