• Türblatt (1) nach Montageanleitung Fräslehre für Langschilder bearbeiten.
• Schloss (2) und Zylinder (3) montieren.
• Langschild mit Schweissbolzen (4) auf Aussendrücker (5) aufschieben und durch die Schlossnuss
stecken.
• Grundplatte (6) über Vierkantstift (7) schieben. Die 4 Senkschrauben (8) mit Langschild aussen (4)
verschrauben. Schraubenlänge= Türstärke -10 bis -15 mm.
• Langschild innen (9) auf Grundplatte (6) schieben, bis dieses mit Hilfe der Magnete gehalten wird.
• Innendrücker (10) auf Vierkantstift (7) stecken. HESO Schraube (11) einschrauben, bis Durchstan-
zung am Vier-kantstift (7) erfolgt, anschliessend fest anziehen.
• Demontage:
Demontagemagnet (15) auf Innenschild (9) gemäss Zeichnung positionieren. Innen-
schild (9) mit Demontagemagnet (15) abziehen. Anschliessend in um-gekehrter Reihenfolge die
Garnitur demontieren.
• Hinweis
. Nach erfolgter Montage und Wiederausbau des Schlosses, ist Tür und Schloss klar zu Kenn-
zeichnen
Montageanleitung
• Prepare door leaf (1) in accordance with milling template for long plates.
• Fit lock (2) and cylinder (3).
• Push long plate with welding studs (4) on to external lever (5) and insert this into the lock follower.
• Push base plate (6) on to square spindle (7). Screw the 3 countersunk bolts (8) with the external long
plate (4). Screw length = door thickness -10 to 15 mm
• Push internal long plate (9) on to base plate (6) until it engages with the help of the magnets.
• Assemble internal lever (10) on to square spindle. Screw HESO set screw until it penetrates the square
spindle (7), Then tighten screw firmly.
• Dismantling:
Position dismantling magnet (15) on internal plate (9) according to drawing. Use the
dismantling magnet (15) to remove the internal short plate (9). Dis-mount the device in reverse
sequence of steps.
• Note:
After assembly having been carried out and removal of the lock, door and lock are to be clearly
identified.
