Operation Instructions

1. Insert batteries - Open the battery cover and insert (2) AAA batteries (not included)

    into the bottom of the thermometer. Close the battery cover.

2. The thermometer will beep.

3. Tap the 

FUNCTION 

button to switch between “body” and “surface” temperature modes.

4. Press the 

MEASUREMENT TRIGGER 

to measure forehead temperature. In order to get

    an accurate measurement, ensure the thermometer is 1 to 2 inches away from the forehead.

5. Press “

+

” or “

-

” buttons to review the last 20 measurement results.

6. Press and hold the 

FUNCTION 

button for 3 seconds to access the different function modes

    below. Tap the 

FUNCTION 

button again to scroll through the following modes:

      - F1: °F or °C unit mode - Press “

+

” or “

-

” button to select.

      - F2: Max. temperature alarm mode; press “

+

” or “

-

” button to select.

      - F3: Display data offsetting mode; press “

+

” or “

-

” button to select.

      - F4: Buzzer sound activate/deactivate mode; press “

” or “

-

” button to select.

      Note: Pressing the 

MEASUREMENT TRIGGER

 button will exit during any set up mode.

7. The thermometer will automatically shut-off when idle and will turn back on by pressing

    any button.

Product Maintenance

Note: Be sure not to damage and use extra precaution when cleaning the infrared sensor.

•  Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean this product.

•  Do not submerge the product into water or other liquids.

•  Keep the product in a dry place to avoid dust, pollution and direct sunlight.

•  Clean regularly using a dry soft cloth. If needed, use a damp cloth with water or a neutral

   detergent to clean, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.
