Add cloud ID device: input “cloud ID + channels” of the device, choose the device actual “type”, and then click
“finish”(should input password if already set up).

1. Wifi singnal is weak or distance is too
far, affecting singnal transmission.
1. For Wifi product, indoor distance
limit is 60M, outdoor open place is
200M. If the distance or environment
is poor, please use wired or direct
connections.
