Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 49 dated 14 March 2014 on “Implementation of Directive
2012/19/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)”The symbol of the crossed-
out wheeled bin shown on the device or its packaging indicates that, at the end of its service life, the
product must be collected separately from other wastes. The user must therefore consign it complete
with all its main components to a suitable separate collection centre for electrical and electronic
wastes, or confer it to a shop of electrical and electronic equipment when purchasing an equivalent
product. Suitable separate collection allows the discarded equipment to be sent for recycling,
treatment and disposal in an environmentally friendly way, and helps to avoid possible negative effects
on health and environment, promoting the recycling of the materials of which the device is composed.
Illegal disposal of the product by the user may result in the application of the sanctions envisaged by
applicable law.by the user entails the application of administrative sanctions pursuant to Legislative Decree
n . 152/2006 ( Art.255 Part 4 )
Ai sensi del Decreto Legislativo N°49 del 14 Marzo 2014 - “ Attuazione delle Direttive 2012/19/
UE sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE)”.Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato
riportato sull’apparecchiatura indica che il prodotto alla fine della propria vita utile deve essere raccolto
separatamente dagli altri rifiuti. L’utente dovrà, pertanto, conferire l’apparecchiatura integra dei
componenti essenziali giunta a fine vita agli idonei centri di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettronici ed
elettrotecnici, oppure riconsegnandola al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di nuova apparecchiatura
di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno. L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo
dell’apparecchiatura dimessa al reciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientale compatibile
contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei
materiali di cui è composta l’apparecchiatura. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente
comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative di cui al D.Lgs n. Decreto Legislativo N° 49 del
14 Marzo 2014.
