R.L. de C.V. guarantees this product for life in all its parts and components, including labor, and against any manufacturing or
functional defect as of the date of purchase or installation under the following conditions:
Conditions to make this guarantee effective:
1. To make this guarantee effective, this policy must be presented, sealed by the establishment that sold it, together with the
product, in the establishment where it was acquired or in any of The Home Depot México stores.
2. Once the consumer presents the product in the establishment where acquired, or in any of The Home Depot stores, then

This guarantee is invalid to cover, and does not cover, the following points:
1. When the product has been utilized in conditions distinct from normal (conditions “distinct from normal” are understood to
be those when the product is purchased for a commercial or business use).
2. When the product has not been used correctly or has not been operated in accordance with the instructions for use
annexed to the same (product).
3. When the annexed instructions are not followed for the product installation and recommendations.
4. When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by Servicios Home Depot.
5. The costs, labor and damages occasioned by the installation, de-installation, reinstallation or replacement of the product,
or in the case of not having correctly followed the instructions, or for the use of parts not authorized.
6. Normal wear and tear and use, damage from abuse, from negligence, from incorrect use, from the use of cleaning
chemicals or polishing abrasives, from accident, or from damages occasioned from natural disasters or from erroneous
installation.
In the event of loss of this present guarantee, the consumer may return to the establishment where the purchase was made
so that another policy may be issued, previous presentation of the respective purchase receipt or invoice is required.
