Installation - Recess Mounting only

Cut away the drywall
NOTE:
For recess mount, do not install side mirrors and
brackets.

Cut away the drywall. The rough opening dimension is
12-5/8in x 16-3/4in x 3in.

Frame out the wall cavity
□
Mark the opening size of the framing.
□
Construct rough opening as illustrated.

Assembling the recess frame
□
Insert cabinet into rough opening and make sure cabinet
is level and plumb. (Use wood shims as required)
□
Secure both sides of the cabinet at the designated
mounting hole locations
□
Use 1.5 inch long screws (GG) and clear washers (EE) as
shown in illustration.
□
Snap the caps (DD) as illustrated below.

Mounting the cabinet into a recess
□
Examine the frame pieces, cabinet, and your wall
required.
□
Attach the top and bottom recess frames (NN) to the
hinge side frame (LL) and the open side frame (MM)
around the cabinet (C), using the 1 in. Phillips head
screws (OO).
