Thank you for purchasing the HC4 Amplified Stereo Headset from Gioteck. 

Please read this booklet thoroughly before using the product.

To use this headset as a wired, powered device press the Power button  

to turn the headset on. Volume will automatically be increased.

Controls on the ear cups will function as shown on Page 1.
This headset will also operate as a wired, non-powered device. This means your 

headset will operate without charge. In this mode you do not need to turn power 

on at the earcups, simply plug the headset straight into your device. Functionality 

of the controls on the earcups will be disabled and volume will be limited. 

CHARGING

It is recommended to fully charge the headset before first use.

 

Do not use the 

headset whilst the charging cable is still plugged in, as electrical interference  

will occur

Connect the USB cable between the headset and your Console, 

PC or MAC. The LED on the headset will turn ORANGE while 

charging and be OFF when fully charged. The headset will take 

approximately 4 hours to fully recharge from a drained state.

A low battery (20 minutes remaining) will be indicated 

by the headset LED flashing continuously.

SOUND SETTINGS: PS4

The PS4 allows you to select which sound outputs via the controller: 

Settings > Devices > Audio Devices and set the headset to ‘All Audio’, 

adjust the volume on the headset and set the sensitivity of the microphone. 

Test the microphone’s function and click on OK before leaving. Do not 

enter a game before setting the microphone and game sounds. 

SOUND SETTINGS: XBOX ONE

The Xbox One Microsoft Stereo Headset adapter will output Game & Audio 

Sound simultaneously. To change the balance between chat and game sound, 

please refer to the Microsoft® Stereo Headset Adapter instructions.

SOUND SETTINGS: PC/MAC

To use this headset with a PC or Mac , it will need to have a 

combined input/output socket (combined headphones in and out). 

Alternatively, you can use an adaptor cable (female 3.5mm socket 

to 2 x 3.5mm male jacks) which you can purchase separately.
