Carefully unpack the blender, unroll the power cord completely (fig.2) and place the
main body on a flat surface.

Clean the main body with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water and do not
rinse under running water. Wash the blender jar, the lid, and
blades in hot water, then
rinse them with care and dry.
3.
Before using your blender, always check the blades carefully.
4.
Insert the blade assembly (4) under the blender jar (3) and turn clockwise to lock it (by
following the direction of the symbols showing open and lock ).
5.
Place the blender jar on the main body. The arrow at the base of the jar shows the
“insert/open” symbol (fig. 3). Turn the jar clockwise to lock it. The arrow will now point
at “locked” (fig. 4)

: Make sure the blender jar is correctly locked.

USING THE BLENDER
The blender jar may contain up to 1500 ml. Do not blend more than 1250 ml at
a time.
•
Place the main body onto a flat surface and fit the blender jar onto it.
•
Make sure the blender jar is locked correctly and the control knob is turned to off, then
plug the appliance into the socket.
•
Chop the ingredients into small bits and fill the jar without exceeding the max. mark,
and then seal it by using the lid.
•
Remove the blender jar only when the motor is not running. Never touch moving parts.
•
Turn the speed control knob (6) to the desired speed. To set the speed according to the
type of food to be prepared, refer to the chart for the recommended speeds.
•
When preparing dry or coarse mixtures, do not operate the blender continuously for
over 60 seconds without stopping it and stirring the ingredients.
•
Always stop the blender before adding ingredients, or you can add them by removing
the
•
measuring lid cap (fig. 1).
•
To stop blender’s operating, turn the knob (6) to “OFF” and wait till the motor stops
completely; then remove the blender jar from the base and unplug the appliance.
CAUTION

Avoid overloading the motor

PULSING
•
Turn the knob to “PULSE” and hold the blender in place. When the “pulsing” function is
activated, the blender operates at its maximum speed.
