HOW TO OPERATE

6

Ginnys.com     800-544-1590

  Note:

Before using the first time, be sure there are no packaging

materials remaining in the slots. Operate the toaster twice

without food.

Remaining factory residue may burn off and

result in minor smoke or smell, but this is normal.

TOAST

1. Place the food to be toasted in the slots.

2. Plug the cord into an electrical outlet.

3. Select the level of browning desired by turning the browning dial (1 is

     lightest, 7 is darkest).

Start with 3 the first time and adjust up or down

     per your preferences.

4. Press down on the carriage lever until it stops. The grids inside the slots

will tighten around the food to keep it off the heating elements.

  Note:

The lever will not stay down if the toaster is not plugged into

                    an electrical outlet.

5. Press CANCEL at any time during the cycle to stop toasting.

6. When done, the food will “pop up.” Use the carriage lever to lift food

     farther up for easy retrieval.

7. Unplug the appliance after use and let it cool before handling/storing.

BAGEL

1. To toast only 1 side, see diagram on top of toaster and place the food to

be toasted in the slots accordingly.

5. Press BAGEL.

6. Press CANCEL at any time during the cycle to stop toasting.

7. When done, the bagel will “pop up.” Use the carriage lever to lift bagel
