HOW TO OPERATE

Ginnys.com 800-544-1590
1. Ensure the POWER switch is OFF (center position).
2. Drop the blade support (widest part on top) into the opening on the
spiralizer base.
3. Mount the desired blade on top of the blade support (align the arrows so
the blade is properly fitted).
4. Set the chute down on top of the blade. Align the arrow on the chute
with the unlock icon on the base. Turn the chute clockwise until it
snaps into place (the arrow on the chute will align with the lock icon ).
It is important the chute is assembled correctly so the bottom safety
switch is properly engaged—or the spiralizer will not operate.
5. Using a knife on a cutting board, cut food into approximately 4" lengths
and cut flat surfaces on both ends of the food to be spiralized.
6. Slide the lid lock out to open the chute lid.
7. Position the bottom flat end of the food at the center of the blade by
firmly pressing it down onto the center tube.
WARNING:
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
8. Close the chute lid. Ensure the top safety switch engages and the lock is
closed (or the spiralizer will not operate).
9. Insert the food pusher through the chute lid, piercing the top flat end of
the food to be spiralized.
10. Place the bowl in place on the bottom of the base.
11. Ensure POWER is still OFF, then plug the cord into an electrical outlet.
