1. Twist the 2-blade stainless steel cup or 4-blade stainless steel cup at the clockwise
direction to lock in position on the grinder body.
2. Twist the transparent cover at the clockwise direction to lock in the position on the
grinder body. Please ensure the cover is locked properly before operation.
1. Remove any stickers attached to the stainless steel cup (4-blades cup & 2-blades cup).
2. Remove the transparent cover by turning it counter-clockwise to unlock position, then
lift it straight up. Clean all the removable parts and dry them all at first use.
3. The 2-blades cup suit for grinding coffee beans, dry peanuts, seeds, spices, melon
seeds, flax seed or sesame.
4. The 4-blades cup suit for grinding raw walnut, almonds, chestnuts, Nuts, dried fruit.
5. Twist the removable 2-blades cup/ 4-blades cup into the locked position.
6. Pour the coffee beans directly into the cup and fill to the desired level as indicated
inside the cup. (Min 2 cups – Max 12 cups)
7. Mount the transparent cover back to the locked position over the cup. To do this, use
the arrow( ) mark on top of the transparent cover, then turn the cover clockwise to
align it to the start button main body tightly.
8. Slowly release the cord from the bottom by pulling it outwards until it stops. Insert the
power plug into a 220-240v power outlet.
9. Use the Grind Selector to select the coarseness of grinding, twist to the end of right
position for the most fine texture and twist to the end of left position for the Coarser
texture. You can grind again until the coarseness reaches your expectation.
10. Use the Cups Selector to select the quantity of grinding, slide it up and down for coffee
bean/ other dried ingredients from 2/4/8/12 cups.
11. Press the “Start” button to begin the grinding operation. The grinder will stop automatically
when grinding is completed. To stop grinding at any time, press the “Start” button
again. Please pay attention that the grinding program will be restarted when press the
“Start” button after stop the operation.
12. When the grinding finished, remove the transparent cover by turning it counter-clock-
wise to unlock position and lift it up. Twist the cup anti-clockwise to unlock position and
pour the coffee ground/ other ingredients ground into a container for use and storage.
13. Clean the 4-blades cup/ 2-blade cup and rewind the cord. To do this: turn the cord
rewind control wheel at the base clockwise. Place the grinder in a safe place.
