Setting an appointment
You can use your handset to remind yourself of up to five appointments.

Once set, an appointment is displayed with the

An appointment call will only work when the handset is in the idle status, it will not work
when the Room Monitor or Walk and Talk functions are activated, or during a call or an
automatic redial.
If you have selected the 12 hour display, on the
Time:
line you can use the display key
am/pm
to toggle between

.

Deactivating an appointment call
When the appointment calls sounds, you can deactivate it with

.
