CPU C3/C6 Support
(Note)
Allows you to determine whether to let the CPU enter C3/C6 mode in system halt state. When enabled,
the CPU core frequency and voltage will be reduced during system halt state to decrease power con-
sumption. The C3/C6 state is a more enhanced power-saving state than C1.
Auto
lets the BIOS auto-
matically configure this setting.

Hardware Prefetcher
Select whether to enable the speculative prefetch unit of the processor.

Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch
When enabled, cache lines are fetched in pairs. When disabled, only the required cache line is fetched.

Processor Information
CPU Speed
The processor speed is the speed at which a microprocessor executes instructions. Clock speeds are
expressed in megahertz (MHz), with 1 MHz being equal to 1 million cycles per second. The faster the
clock, the more instructions the CPU can execute per second.
