Main operating characteristics
The main operating characteristic is the reading and visualization of the weight having an input on the converter
that can be selected from 0 to 2 mV / V or from 4 to 20 mA with the possibility of performing a suitable calibra-
tion.
Indications on the display
Display
The weight of the scale is normally shown on the 5-digit display. Based on the various programming proce-
dures, the display is used to program the parameters to be stored in the memory, e. g. messages that indicate
the type of operation being performed and are therefore helpful to the operator in managing and programming
the instrument.
When the instrument is turned on, the display test is performed, then a software iden-
tification code appears and then the relative version. It is important to communicate
these codes in case of request for assistance.
When no programming procedure is in progress, the display shows the detected weight expressed in kg or the
peak value if this has been activated. Under certain conditions the following messages are indicated:
Overload signaling
When the gross weight weighing on the scale exceeds the maximum capacity of the
weighing system by more than 9 divisions, the display shows this signal
No weight signal or signal outside the reading range
Underload signaling
When the gross weight weighing on the scale is negative or exceeds the value 999
the display shows this message.
