How to fill sealant into Giant Tubeless Ready 
WheelSystem: 

Step1

Remove valve core from valve body by using the provided tool. (Fig. 4

Step2

Shake the bottle well to divide particles well in the liquid. (Fig.5)

 

Step3

Fill sealant through the open valve body. The suggested volume is   

(depending on tire size) 30~60 ml per wheel. (Fig. 6) 

Step4

Reinstall valve core to valve body by using the provided tool. Ensure the valve core 

and lock ring are firmly tightened. (Fig. 7) 

Step5

Re-inflate the tire to the lowest maximum tire pressure. (Fig. 8)

 

Step6

Gently shake and spin the WheelSystem to spread the sealant well inside the inner case 

of tire and cover the entire inner surface to achieve the best performance. (Fig. 9) 

Step7

Assemble the WheelSystem, inflate the tire to recommended riding pressure, close the 

valve and go for a ride.
