7.  There are 4 Shortcut Menu buttons on the control panel (Meat,

Chips, Chicken & Pastry). Based on what you are cooking, select

the desired Shortcut setting and place the ingredients into the fryer.

Pressing the shortcut menu again will begin cooking.

Note 1:

If you have selected the wrong setting, you can press the Cancel

button and re-select the setting you require.

Note 2:

When the product is cooking and you need to adjust the

temperature or time, press the Start/Stop button, then press the

Temperature Control or the Time Control button to adjust followed by the

Start/Stop button again to begin cooking.

8.  The Child Lock function is designed to prevent children from

handling the fryer when in use. By pressing the Child Lock button

for 3 seconds the fryer will beep twice and the Child Lock indicator

light will appear on the screen. To unlock press the Child Lock button

again for 3 seconds, and the buzzer will beep twice and the Child

Lock button indicator will turn off.

9.  Some ingredients require shaking during cooking. To shake the

ingredients, hold the handle and pull the frying-pan out from the fryer,

and then shake the pan. After that, slide the frying-pan back into

the fryer. (Note:

DO NOT

open the demounting button cover on the

frying basket during the process of shaking.)

Note: To reduce the shaking weight, you can take the frying basket

out from the frying-pan, allowing you to shake the frying basket

alone. To remove the frying basket, please pull the frying-pan out

from the product, place it on heat resistant surface, then open

the demounting button on the frying basket cover and press the

demounting button. If you have set the timer to half of the cooking

time, then the fryer will beep. This means that you have set the

time (again with the remaining cooking time).

10.

When the fryer rings, this means that the cooking has finished.

Remove the frying-pan from the fryer, and place it on heat-resistant

surface. (Note: You can stop the product manually when it’s cooking.

To do this, please press the Cancel or the Pause button.)
