RECOMMENDATIONS AND CHECKS FOR THE MACHINE
COMMISSIONING

• Install the batteries if these are not already fitted in.

• Adjust  the  battery  charger  and  the  battery  level  control  appliance  according  to  the
battery type in use ( GEL – ELECTROLYTE ).

• Mount the brush(es).

• Fill the solution tank with water and with a suitable chemical product.

• Make sure that all functions can be activated.

WARNING:

Batteries, especially gel batteries, reach their maximum endurance level

after having been allowed to run down completely 6 to 8 times.

Gel batteries in particular must only be re-charged when they are completely run down.

GEL batteries do not need to be stored in a special room while charging, whereas
conventional electrolyte batteries must be re-charged exclusively in a suitable room.
(please refer to the dealer from whom you purchased the machine)

BRUSHES :

For  best  washing  and  cleaning  results,  use  brushes  that  are  suitable  for  the  specific

b)            In  the  event  of  heavy-duty  dirt,  it  is  advisable  to  use  more  aggressive  brushes

(P.P.L. ø 1.2mm)

which nonetheless clean without scratching.

c)          For  industrial  floors  with  rubber  traces  e.g.  due  to  lifting  trolleys,

TYNEX

brushes can be used.

d)        To clean and polish floors, removing scratches and making the floor look brighter

at  the  same  time,  you  can  use  a  driver  disc  which,  equipped  with the
appropriate pad, can meet any requirement.

WARNING: for the use of the brushes mentioned in points B-C-D it is advisable to refer
to the dealer from whom you purchased the machine.
