14. Guarantee provisions
The Gharieni Group GmbH supplies all new equipment subject to a 2-years
guarantee. Wearing parts (such as e.g. incandescent lamps, UV lamps, glass panels,
consumables etc.) are not covered by this guarantee. Damage or loss due to
unprofessional or improper use, non-compliance with the provisions of the
instructions for use and/or gross negligence is not covered by guarantee either. In
addition, the guarantee is invalidated if any stickers (such as e.g. the type plate,
instruction notices etc.) are removed or if appliances or parts of appliances are
opened without this being explicitly allowed in the operating instructions (e.g. for
cleaning).
Guarantee exclusion:
Upon delivery, it is necessary to check that the equipment has not been damaged
during transportation and that the set of accessories is complete and in good
condition. Claims must be filed within 8 days after the delivery of the Gharieni SL.
Apart from the cases specified in the supply agreement,
the guarantee is void
when:
The malfunctioning is attributable to the operator.
The instructions in this instruction manual are not followed.
The Gharieni PLS
has suffered changes after repair operations performed by a
third party unauthorized by Gharieni Group GmbH.
15. Waste management
Do not dispose of the SL together with your domestic waste. Old
and unused appliances must be send for disposal to the responsible
recycling centre for electric appliances. Do not remove the relevant
symbol from the product.
The SL is made of metal and plastic components, electronic
components, electric cables. Dispose of the separate components in
accordance with the current local disposal regulations. For further
