How to adjust the focus when image on the LCD screen is not clear?
Set the lens ring/ Macro dial to the proper position: Normal
/Portrait
/Macro
regarding the distance to the main subject.
How to shoot correctly?
Set the lens ring/ Macro dial (see above) to achieve proper focusing, keep camera steady,
and press the shutter button. LCD screen will show a “funnel” icon as confirmation of the
taking picture. You are ready to take next picture, remember to keep camera steady to avoid
blurry images.
The flash is not working.
Flash function is disabled at the Macro mode, at the flash OFF mode, and at the Auto mode
under sufficient light condition. Check setting of your camera.
The flash will not work with a
low battery and so please change the batteries for fresh ones.
When recording, the zoom does not function – the “Zoom Tele / Wide” button is
inactive.
Zoom Tele / Wide function is disabled if the “Stabilization” is ON. Check setting of your
camera.
The “!” or “funnel” icons, visible on the LCD screen when the memory card is
inserted.
Your memory card may contain files which are not compatible or “non-readable” by the
camera. Connect camera to the computer, review / delete or relocate incompatible file to the
computer. It is recommended to format the memory card before using with the camera, but
note that the formatting will erase all existing data.
Check file contents of the memory card if
the memory card has been used for other applications before.
