Insert the pedal cable true to side into the pedal cable socket on the
underside of the keyboard (1). It should slide easily into the socket.
Then plug the power cable (6) into the power socket on the back of the
piano (not shown).

Set up the music des as shown below.
OPENING THE KEYBOARD LID
Please always use both hands to open the keyboard lid.
Open the keyboard cover as shown in the diagram. Proceed in reverse
order to close it.
