Common troubleshooting
1.What can we do if the watch can not
connected to APP?
Please ensure that the watch is scanned in
APP to connect, do not set in the system,
connect the watch in Bluetooth
1.Make sure your phone is supported (IOS& 0
system, Android 4.3 systems and above,
Bluetooth 4.0 Android and Apple devices)
2.Due to the signal interference problem in
Bluetooth wireless connection, the time of
each connection may be different. If the
connection is not available for a long time,
make sure that the operation is carried out in
a magnetic field-free or Bluetooth-free
environment.
3.Turn off the phone Bluetooth and then turn
it on
