REPEAT CALL INDICATION
If an incoming call message has been recorded previously, the LCD panel will display
REPEAT
icon and only the in-
formation of the most recent call is recorded in memory.
NEW CALL INDICATION
If you have new calls to review, the
NEW MESSAGE
indicator above the LCD panel of your IKARUS will blink.
The
NEW
appear momentarily on upper right hand corner of the panel. The total number of new calls will be
displayed afterward. Once you have received all new call records, the LED indicator will turn off and the panel
will display:
MESSAGE WAITING
If you subscribe to Voice Mailbox service, you don’t have to lift the telephone handset to check for the waiting messages.
A flashing LED light indicates a message is waiting in the Voice Mailbox.
If you have messages stored in the mailbox (provided by your local phone company), the
MSG
icon will blink on the top
line of LCD panel, upon receiving the message waiting message, the panel will display
MESSAGE WAITING
for a
short time and the
NEW MESSAGE
indicator will start to blink. Once you have retrieved the messages, the MSG icon will
disappear from the panel and the
NEW MESSAGE
indicator will turn off after all mew call messages have been reviewed.
Please consult with your local telephone service provider for information regarding your message waiting service.
REVIEWING CALL RECORDS
If you have received new calls, the NEW MESSAGE indicator will blink and the LCD panel will display the total num-
ber of calls and new calls when your IKARUS 1200 is in idle mode.
USING THE REVIEW BUTTONS

button to select through the call history list.

will show on the third line of LCD panel indicating the end of the call
history list is reached while using the REVIEW

ERASING CALL RECORDS
The
DEL
button can be used to remove previously reviewed all records.
ERASING A SINGLE CALL RECORD
Press either the
REVIEW
ττ
or
REVIEW
σ σ
button to display the call record to be erased.
a. Quickly tap the
DEL
twice.
b. After you have erased the call record, the LCD panel will display the next Caller ID record.

A call record cannot be retrieved once it has been deleted.
