MAKING A PHONE CALL
a.
Lift the handset or press
SPEAKER
button.
b.
Dial desired phone number using the dialling buttons
or press
REDIAL
button
or press desired direct/indirect Memory button.
USING THE HANDSFREE CONVERSATION
a.
Press the
SPEAKER
button.
b.
Dial desired number.
c.
When the other one answers, continue conversation in handsfree modus or lift handset for
private conversation.
d.
Disconnect the call by replacing the handset on the On/Off Hook or press
SPEAKER
button
once again.
e.
If handsfree conversation is desired after the handset has been lifted from the On/Off Hook,
press the
SPEAKER
button and return the handset to the On/Off Hook.
ADJUSTING SPEAKER VOLUME
Select the speaker volume by sliding the volume control switch, located on the right side of the
telephone.
PLACING A CALL ON HOLD
a.
Inform the caller you wish to place her/him on hold.
b.
Press the
HOLD
button.
c.
If desired, place the handset on its receiver.
d.
Lift handset to release Hold.
e.
If the handset has not been placed on its receiver, once again press
HOLD
button to
release Hold.
USING THE REDIAL BUTTON
a.
Lift the handset or press
SPEAKER
button.
b.
Press the
REDIAL
button.
c.
Phone will redial last number called automatically (up to 32 digits).
USING THE SAVE BUTTON
The
SAVE
button allows the user to store the certain phone number while conversation.
a.
While telephone conversation press the
STORE
button.
b.
Enter desired phone number using the Dialling buttons.
