Use of the trays
1) Deep tray is for cooking.
2) Flat tray is for cooking oil/fat.
3) Both deep tray and flat tray can be placed the bottom last rail and outside the chamber as
show in the below pictures.
4) Warning the deep tray and flat tray can not be used at the upper rail 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
because the air circulation in the grill chamber will be interrupted. this would shut off the gas
burner.
How to use grill grate and handle
1. Use the grill grate handle from the front position to hold the grill grate and insert in the rail
and removing out.
2. Use grill tong to flip the meat
Do not put your bare hands inside the chamber
Do not use grill tong inside chamber during cooking to avoid your hand to be hurt by hot s
urface of chamber.
