Cleaning and Maintenance
Troubleshooting
WARNING!
Before maintenance and repair, turn off the fan and unplug from the power source.
1. This fan only requires simple external cleaning and wiping.
2. If fan will not be used for a prolonged period of time, clean and place into a dust-proof bag, and
store in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Note:
If fan will not turn on, please first make sure the plug has been inserted properly into the electric
socket.
1. Make sure the fan blade is properly installed.
2. Make sure the front grille is securely locked onto the back grille.
3. Make sure there is no dust or foreign matter adhered to the fan blade. If there is dust or foreign
matter, remove them immediately.
4. Make sure the outer casing is not damaged or touching the fan blade.
WARNING!
If fan still cannot operate normally, please contact Customer & Service Centre. DO NOT disassemble
the fan yourself, it must only be carried out by a qualified technician.
