Take the fryer carefully out of its box.
Push the lid button in, the lid will pop open.

Lift up the basket handle upwards until it locks in the 

horizontal position. 

Lift the basket out of the fryer. Remove all remaining 

packaging and dispose safely.

Clean the fryer body with a soft damp cloth to remove manufacturing dust etc.  

Wash the basket.  

IMPORTANT: 

Do not immerse the body of the fryer in water. Ensure fryer, oil pan and 

basket are dry before using.
