•     To prevent your changer top tipping and causing serious or fatal injuries, 

        ensure this product is firmly attached to the appropriate cabinet using the

        fixings supplied.

•     This changer top is only intended to be used by one child at a time.

•     This changer top is not suitable for children over 12 months or a maximum 

       of 10kg.

•     Do not leave the child unattended or out of arms reach when using the

       changer.

•     Do not move the changer with a child on it.

•     Do not use your changer if any part is broken, torn or missing. Please 

       contact Customer Services.

•     All assembly fittings should be tightened properly and checked regularly 

       to ensure that no screws are loose and re-tightened as required. Loose 

       screws or fittings could trap parts of the body, or clothing (e.g. ribbons, 

       drawstrings, necklaces ) this could pose a risk of strangulation.

•     Do not place or leave anything in the changer top attach anything to the 

       changer top or place it close to another product which could present a 

       danger of suffocation or strangulation (e.g. ribbons, strings, blind cords 

       etc.).

•     Do not place your changer top near heat sources, windows, other 

       furniture or electrical sockets.

•     Do not place your changer top in the close proximity of an open fire and 

       other sources of heat, such as radiators, electric or gas fires.

•     Keep plastic bags away from children or animals.

•     Keep fittings and small parts out of reach of children and animals.

•     Do not place components directly onto hard floors or other abrasive 

       surfaces where they may become damaged.

•     Do not use power tools such as drills and power drivers, as this may 

       damage the frame or fittings. Only use hand screwdrivers.

•     Do not modify or alter the changer top in any way.

•     Do not leave doors or drawers open when the furniture is unattended.

•     Do not allow children to play in or on the furniture, or climb up the 

       furniture due to possible risk of injury.

•     Please ensure that any visitors that use the furniture are aware of its 

       correct use and operation.

•     If fitted with lockable castors / wheels, ensure they are locked when the 

       changer is in use.

•     In order to ensure the stability of your furniture secure it to the wall using 

       the attachment devices provided. Failure to do so could result in serious

       injury to yourself or children.
