OPERATION
Switch instrument on / off
1)
Press on/off button (2) to switch unit on.
2)
Press on/off button (2) again to switch unit off.
3)
After 15 min. without use of any button the unit switches off
automatically(Auto-Off).
Functions
•
Readings are displayed in °C when the instrument is switched
on. Press °C/°F button (3) to change temperature scale.
•
If a temperature beyond the measuring range is measured,
the display shows „1“ (overload).
•
Press HOLD (4) to freeze a value measured. Press HOLD (4)
again to release this function and show temperature currently
measured.
CARE AND CLEANING
CHANGE OF BATTERY
If symbol BAT is displayed batteries must be replaced. Switch off
instrument, open battery cover, take off exhausted batteries, put in
new batteries (take care to polarity) and close battery cover.
