Troubleshoot
• Make sure the equipment is installed according to the manufacturers installation guide.
• Confirm RJ45 cable order meets EIA/TIA568A or 56B standard.
• Every PoE port can provide PoE equipment maximum power less than 30W, please do not
connect the PoE equipment with power over 30W.
• Replace the equipment that can not work with a proper functioning 8 Port PoE ethernet switch
to check if the equipment is damaged.
• Please contact your vendor if trouble still exists.

1. Front board with PoE ethernet port, the yellow light on the RJ 45 socket left side is to indicate
the PoE status The green light on the right side is to indicate the network status and the yellow
light and green light on the Uplink network RJ45 socket is to indicate the network working
status. The LED on the SFP optical port left side is to indicate power and optical port working
status.
2. The left board and back board have a DC48V~57V power input port, default with a 120W
power adapter. The PoE output consumption of every port is 15W with the maximum output
consumption being 25W. If you need each port output to be 25W, then you’ll need to have
another 120W power adapter in addition or use a 240W power adapter.
