. Fasten air flow pipe to
blower housing with four
5/16” flat washer and four
5/16” x 3/4 inch-long
screws.

. Put the rubber gasket
material around the outer
edge of drum and continue
until a complete circle. Make
sure the rubber gasket hole fit
on flange hole.

. Fasten drum to blower housing
with nine 5/16” flat washer and
nine 5/16” x 3/4 inch-long
screws.

Fasten drum to blower housing
with twelve 3/8” flat washer and
twelve 3/8” x 3/4 inch-long
screws.

IMPORTANT: drum can be
rotated to any position best suited
for the inlet, however, please do
not position drum so inlet will
interfere with four leg mounting
lugs

and continue until a

. Fasten the cyclone
separator with drum in nine
5/16” x 1 inch-long screws,
eighteen 5/16” flat washer
and nine 5/16” lock nuts. Flat
washer should be used on
two side of flange.

Fasten the cyclone
separator with drum in
twelve 3/8” x 1 inch-long
screws, twenty-four 3/8” flat
washer and twelve 3/8” lock
nuts. Flat washer should be
used on two side of flange.

.Assemble cyclone separator
the vacuum tube, screw on
the four 1/4”×3/4” inch-long
screws and four flat
washers.
