Operation
Light Tower Setup

High Voltage. Verify area above unit is clear
of overhead wires and obstructions. Contact
with high-voltage power lines will result in
death or serious injury.

Equipment and property damage. Do not operate unit on
uneven surfaces, or areas of excessive moisture, dirt, dust
or corrosive vapors. Doing so could result in death, serious
injury, property and equipment damage.

WARNING
Personal Injury. Verify the ground is stable and will provide
sure support for the stabilizers. Failure to do so could
result in death, serious injury, equipment, or property
damage.
1. For maximum light coverage, position the unit at
ground level or in a spot higher than the area being
illuminated.
2. Place the unit on firm ground that is relatively flat
with a less than 5° grade.
3. Block the wheels to prohibit movement. This will
make it easier to level the unit
4. See Figure 3-4 . Pull locking pin (A) on tongue jack
(B) and rotate the jack 90°. Install the locking pin.
5. Rotate jack handle (C) clockwise to raise the trailer
tongue off the towing vehicle.

6. See Figure 3-5 . Pull locking pin (D) on each
outrigger (F) and pull each outrigger out until the
spring loaded locking pin snaps back into place.
7. Adjust outrigger jacks by rotating handles (E) until
outrigger feet (G) are firmly in contact with the
ground.

10. Lower rear stabilizer (J) by loosening handle (K)
until it touches on the ground. Retighten the
handle.

11. If applicable, adjust the lamps prior to raising the
mast. The lamps may be adjusted up, down, left, or
right by simply aiming them in the desired direction.
