Scale Cleaning:

1.  The use of steam function, the machine and the water pipe will produce scale, 

requiring every month for scale cleaning. Descaling in the two steps as listed below.

2.  Suggest to use the suitable scale detergents and follow to the dilution instructions of the 

packaging. Please make sure to use at least 600 ml distilled/filtered water into 

water tank.

3.  Press “Auto-Clean” button

 to enter the Auto-clean function.

4.  Press “Start” button   to start the Auto-clean function, the timer will start 

counting down when operation.

5.  Once the timer finished counting down, the unit will beep five times and “ ” LED 

display screen will keep flashing. Press “Cancel” button   to resume to stand-

by mode.

6.  After the appliance has completely cooled down, wipe the interior of unit with a 

damp cloth. Pull out the inner steam nozzle cover and wash with water then wipe 

with a damp cloth. Then put back into the original steam nozzle location. Open 

the drainage valve to discharge water to the drip tray, and than pull out the drip 

tray and pour off the water.

AUTO-CLEAN Function:

1.  It is required to run the Auto-clean function after every cooking operation to remove 

the smell after cooking. Fill in at least 600ml distilled/filtered water to water tank. 

(Maxium: 850ml) before starting the Auto-clean function (The default run time is 

30 minutes at 100 degree temperature per steam operation.)

2.  Press “Auto-Clean” Button 

 to enter the Auto-clean function.

3.  Press “Start” button   to start the Auto-clean function, the timer wil start 

counting down.

4.  Once the timer finished counting down, the unit will beep five times and 

stop operation. Press “Cancel” button   to resume to stand-by mode.

5.  To cancel the selected mode, press the “Cancel” button  . The appliance 

will resume to stand by mode.

6.  After the appliance has completely cooled down, wipe the exterior and interior 

of unit with a damp cloth. Pull out the inner steam nozzle cover and wipe with 

a damp cloth. Then put it back into the original steam nozzle location.

Turn off the appliance, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before 

cleaning. Wipe the exterior and interior with a damp cloth. Wash the Grill rack and 

Grill Plate in warm soap water, ensure they are completely dry before storing.
