SOS Button
The SOS Button should ONLY be used in an emergency. By pressing and holding
down the SOS Button for 4 seconds, a message is sent including the location (if
available) of the device to the contact(s) you chose to receive alert notification(s).

In the above example, it is assumed that both contacts have been selected to
receive alert notification when the SOS button is pressed.

• SOS Button MUST be held for at least 4 seconds.
• If there is not a contact selected to receive the SOS alert notification,
by default an alert notification will be sent to the email address and
mobile phone of the contact stored in speed dial 1.
Example: John presses the SOS button. The Gemtek sends a
message with its location to the contact(s) set to receive alert
notification when the SOS button has been pressed.
