How To Charge Gembonics External Battery

Attach the Micro USB connector from 3-in-1 connector to the
USB power wire.

Plug the Micro USB connector into the External battery's
charger Micro USB input port.

Insert the remaining end of the USB Power wire into an AC
adapter connected to the wall socket or a charging computer
USB port.
Gembonics external battery charger is fully compatible with all AC
adapters. A USB AC adapter with 1A or more output capacity will
maximize charging speed. Lower capacity will prolong the charge
time. For example, a 500mA adapter will charge the Gembonics
battery twice as slowly as a 1A adapter.

FAQ & Solution
If the Gembonics fails to charge
Check the adapter connection is secure.
Replace the adapter if the current adapter does not work normally.
If the Gembonics fails to charge other electronic devices
Make sure to have secure connection between the Gembonics charger and the electronic device is
secure.
Make sure that the Gembonics charger still holds a charge, and recharge when remaining power is low.
Make sure that the Gembonics voltage is compatible with the electronic device’s required charge
voltage.
What do I need to purchase in order to charge the Gembonics portable charger?
The Gembonics charger comes with a 3-in-1 cable which includes micro USB port so you can just use
that to charge it by using your wall adapter.
Alternatively you can connect it to the computer or laptop USB port.
