Rinsing mode
The rinsing mode enables the blowing off of powder accumulations in the
powder hose with preset air pressure and is activated via the CAN bus
connection
– see also the MagicControl 4.0 operating instructions.
This function is a two steps process to activate.
Activating the rinsing function
The rinsing mode can only be activated from standby mode (application
parameter menu display, no powder conveying). The prerequisite is, that
all necessary release signals are present.

Select the desired rinsing function on the MagicControl 4.0

During the “Powder hose cleaning with increasing air volume” mode,
all airflows are increased step by step after starting the rinsing
procedure, and then they remain at the maximum:

During the “Powder hose cleaning with constant air volume” mode,
there is no airflow increasing step by step. The maximum values are
set immediately.
The rinsing mode is exited:

if the rinsing sequence has finished
