OPERATION
Releasing Attachment Using Hydraulic Pressure Signal
Bypass
Only use this removal procedure on attachments or
in situations where it is not possible to fully crowd
the quick coupler.
AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH
•
Keep bystanders away when engaging and
releasing attachment.
•
Keep attachment close to ground during
engaging or releasing attachment. Attachment
can fall off without warning if not fully engaged
and locked causing death or serious injury.
Park the machine on flat, level surface.

Lower quick coupler and attachment to the ground

Press the POWER button (1)

. An alarm will
sound and button will illuminate.
Press UNLOCK button (2)
[Figure 29]
within six seconds
of pressing power button. Alarm will change tone and
unlock button will illuminate.
NOTE: Unlock button (2) [Figure 29] must be pressed
within six seconds of pressing power button
or system will not operate (alarm and lights
will shut-off). If this occurs, restart the
procedure by pressing the power button.
Press and hold the hydraulic pressure signal bypass
button (3)
[Figure 29]
for six seconds. All four buttons on
the control box will illuminate and the alarm tone will
become constant.

Wait for coupler locking clasp and sliding hook to open.
After coupler locking clasp and sliding hook are open, roll
the quick coupler away from attachment pins
[Figure 30]
