OPERATION
Four Port Control Box

Press the POWER button (1)

. An alarm will
sound and button will illuminate.
Press unlock button (2)
[Figure 8]
within six seconds of
pressing power button. Alarm will change tone and
unlock button will illuminate.
NOTE: Unlock button (2) [Figure 8] must be pressed
within six seconds of pressing power button
or system will not operate (alarm and lights
will shut-off). If this occurs, restart the
procedure by pressing the power button.

Crowd quick coupler to build pressure until sliding hook

open.
NOTE: After operating pressure has been achieved in
the quick coupler system, all four buttons on
the control box will illuminate and the alarm
tone will become constant.

With the quick coupler crowded fully inwards, press the
system LOCK button (1)
[Figure 10]

NOTE: When LOCK button (1) [Figure 10] is pressed,
all lights and alarm will shut off.

Continue to crowd coupler for 10 seconds until the
locking clasp (2) fully closes and the sliding hook (3)
[Figure 11]
fully lowers.
Stop the engine and exit the machine.
Check the hydraulic lines, connections, fittings and
cylinder for hydraulic oil leaks. Repair or replace
damaged parts as necessary.
NOTE: If the quick coupler does not operate as
described, check that the hydraulic hoses are
connected properly (See Four Port Control
Box on Page 5-1). If further assistance in
needed, see your GEITH distributor for
service.
