Subsription to Caller ID service from your local phone
company is required before initial use.
1 - REVIEW YOUR CALL RECORDS
Use
or
button to scroll browse throught the caller list. At the
end of the call record list, you will see the “
END OF LIST
” message.
Press either
or
button to continue.
2 - SAVE CALL RECORDS
Save specific calls by deleting old or unnecessary call records.
Note :
Your phone stores up to 80 calls records before the memory
becomes full. When the next call comes in, the oldest record
automatically drops off and makes room for the new call record.
3 - DEL BUTTON AND FUNCTION
In the state of off-hook, use
or
button to select the number you
wish to remove, press
button, the LCD will show “
DEL?
” then
press
button again to remove this number, press other button to
exit. If press
button for about 6 seconds, the LCD will show “
ALL
DEL?
” then press
button to remove all numbers and the LCD will
show “
NO CALL
”, press other button to exit.
When your Caller ID phone is in use mode, the timer will start after
pressing
button, then press
button again to stop timer.
4 - USING THE CALL BACK FEATURE
Dial the dialled number, the unit can store up to 30 dialled
numbers.
- In the state of on-hook, press
OK
button once, then use
or
button to select the number you want to dial out.
- Pick up the handset, then press
OK
button to dial the phone number
automatically.
Allows you to automatically dial the number of the person who
has called previously.
- Lift the handset, listen for the dial tone.
- Select the caller that you want to call back by pressing
or
button.
- Press
OK
button to automatically dial the phone number of the caller
shown on the LCD panel.
Note :
the call back feature will not dial the phone number if the
selected call record phone number is blocked or it is not available.
If the line is busy, hang up the phone to get a dial tone and then press
OK
button again. You may also press
button to dial the last
number dialed.
