Regularly, before
use, at the start of
the working day

Check the Geberit pressing collar and
adapter jaw for externally visible
defects such as damage, material
cracks, patches of rust and other signs
of wear. If defects are present, replace
the pressing collar and adapter jaw or
have the defects repaired by an
authorised repair shop.
• Pressing collar:
–
Spray the pressing contour and
joints with BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray®
and clean with a cloth.
–
Remove deposits in the pressing
contour.
–
Check that the collar joints and
sliding segments can be moved
easily. If necessary, move the joints
and segments several times until
they are able to move easily.
• Adapter jaw:
–
Spray the entire adapter jaw with
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® and clean
with a cloth.
–
Check that the jaw levers and jaw
joints of the adapter jaw can move
easily. If necessary, move the jaw
levers several times until they are
able to move easily.
