Troubleshooting
Malfunction Cause Rectification
Water is running continuously
into the WC ceramic
appliance.
Software fault
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for
10 seconds.
Technical fault ▶ Contact a skilled person.
WC ceramic appliance is not
being flushed out properly.
Flush volumes set incorrectly ▶ Contact a skilled person.
WC ceramic appliance
blocked with limescale ▶ Descale the WC ceramic
appliance.
Interval flush cannot be
triggered.
Software fault
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for
10 seconds.
Power failure
▶ Check the power supply
(mains fuse).
Batteries flat

▶ Replace the lifting device
batteries. → See
"Replacing the batteries",
page 15.
Technical fault ▶ Contact a skilled person.
